Our Brentwood California HVAC tech responded to a no cooling call at a grocery store, their bulk foods department was too warm. Upon arrival, found the bulk foods unit down with a blank thermostat due to blown fuses and a low voltage short in the Y circuit wiring. A portion of the wiring insulation had worn through. Repaired wiring, replaced fuses and tested operations. Checked out with customer by phone to confirm all repairs were complete.
