A weight loss center in Cameron Park CA reported their commercial freezer was above operating temperature. Our technician found the unit at 38 degrees, and after diagnosing found that the start components had failed and caused the compressor to fail. The technician sourced new start components locally, and with replaced. With new start components the compressor was able to run again. Monitored unit until temperatures dropped back down to negatives and no other issues noted.
