An electronics store in Cerritos, California, put in an emergency call for a burning smell. EMS had turned off #10 to prevent further damage. Technician arrived and found the smoke detector tripped. No signs of smell or damaged equipment. Reset smoke detector, which tripped again. Disassembled detector to clean pipe tubes, reassembled. Detector working again, no tripping or issues.
