An imports store in Davis CA reported a water leak over their sales floor. After checking in with the store manager, our technician documented the leak areas inside the store and proceed to the roof. Found all air conditioners draining normally with no build-up in the drain pans. Unable to pinpoint leak source, but suspect it may be the main roof drain that is damaged or cracked, causing the condensation draining from the HVAC systems to leak into the building. Recommending site call a roofer to inspect the roof drain.
