Dispatched our refrigeration technician to a Downey, CA restaurant to perform a full ice machine cleaning. The unit needed to be deep cleaned with de-scaler and cleaner. Water filters were replaced, system completely disassembled and cleaned out. Ran wash cycles multiple times with following ice cycles until clear. Will need to have the plastic ice deflector in the bin replaced as it is broken, but system is operation again.
