On arrival: Checked in with IVR, mall management, mall security and store manager. Gained roof access. On approach of the unit, I found the blower door wide open. Found unit coding on both circuits for low saturation temperatures. Closed blower door and reset both alarms. Cycled unit on in cooling and unit is now operational. Checked out with T-Wave and no active alarms were found. Obtained signature on work acknowledgment. Checked out with mall management and IVR.
