Dispatched our LA County refrigeration technician to a restaurant for their kitchen line reach-in not operating. After acquiring equipment data for the first inspection, our technician found the evaporator coils iced over. Determined that a previous contractor had set the temperature settings too low at 26 degrees. Adjusted the settings and tested the defrost clock. Unit back down to 37 degrees and dropping. No more items to report.
