Scheduled an inspection of dampers at a retailer in Hawthorne, California, that were not opening and recording a high CO2 reading on the boards. Upon arrival, our technician found the AC dampers on #3 and #4 functional mechanically. Called into tech support to troubleshoot, reset and restarted programming on monitoring software. Alarms cleared, system operational at this time.
