A restaurant in Irvine CA reported a water leak over their expo area. Upon arrival, checked the AC units around the leak area, found units dry and not leaking. Did find multiple areas around the roof that are cracked and need to be looked at, and repaired, by a roofer. Updated onsite management and main office.
