A cell phone provider in Lancaster California reported that their AC was down. Upon arrival our commercial HVAC tech found the thermostat had failed, and was not properly controlling the unit. Went to the local parts house and sourced a new thermostat. Installed and instructed staff on proper use of new thermostat. Also found a relay for the #2 ICP air conditioner chattering and sticking. Will quote to replace the relay, both units running at this time.
