Our HVAC tech inspected a unit for a manager's office at a store in Malibu, California. He found that the unit had a broken belt and loose motor wiring. Belt was replaced and wiring ziptied and organized. Unit is now cooling, but the technician noted that he blower bearings are making noise and starting to fail. Additional repairs will be quoted, unit operational while we await approval for blower bearing work.
