Our customer in Mission Viejo, CA, reported an issues with their heating in one area of the store. The commercial Lennox air conditioner had power, but was not supplying heat. Our technician diagnosed a faulty roll-out switch. He was able to reset it for temporary heating, but the part will need to be replaced. Will quote the necessary repairs for the customer.
