A business in Ontario California reported that their AC was down, and they had no cooling throughout the building. Upon arrival, our commercial HVAC tech inspected their 3ton Rheem unit and found the blower motor burnt out due to severely restricted airflow. The technician cleaned the return grill to improve the flow, will need to quote and source the blower motor to get space up and running again.
