A restaurant in Palmdale, California, reported that the cold drawer on their cook's line was hitting 55 degrees. Our commercial refrigeration technician found the Low Boyz system iced over, due to a loose evaporator cover that had blocked the air flow. Cleared the ice and replaced the cover, using new screws, and cycled the system back on. Waited for unit to drop to 35 degrees, confirmed all other operations were normal.
