A gym complex in Pasadena, California, requested emergency service on their commercial air conditioners. The units were leaking water and had been iced over. Our technician checked all refrigerant pressures, confirmed they were low on pressure but not on refrigerant. Once the ice had fully melted, the technician found the filters were badly clogged and the return grills were caked. We will need to return with filters and cleaner for the grills. The technician also replaced a rubbed out wire.
