A cell phone provider in Porterville California requested urgent service for an AC issue, store was at 82 degrees. Upon arrival, our technician found a bad run capacitor and condenser fan motor with worn bearings. Replaced the capacitor to get the unit running, will need to replace the fan motor. Also found the blower motor missing a support bracket, causing excess vibration and belt wear. Unable to locate missing nut inside unit, will source for repairs and bring a new belt. Air filters are badly plugged and coils are very dirty. Stage-2 possibly low on charge, and minor leaks found on the discharge service ports. Will quote all necessary repairs and return, unit running for now.
