A retailer at the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, California, was scheduled today for pre-approved HVAC repairs. Multiple air conditioners needed work done to bring them back up to spec. Our technician replaced the crankcase heaters on three units and troubleshooted a failed damper actuator. Unit #1 received a new economizer screen, and our tech troubleshooted another unit that was not communicating. #3 had a failed compressor that we will need to quote out. Unit #2 will require a new actuator for the damper. All other A/C units are up and running again except for the issues on #2 and #3.
