Our customer in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, reported a strange noise coming from one of their full sized freezers. After checking in with management, our technician opened up the system and found a loose piece of cardboard had gotten trapped up near the fan. He removed the cardboard, and also cleaned the condenser coils as he noticed they were extremely clogged. Noise has stopped, showed debris to manager and confirmed she had no other problems to report. Job complete.
