Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician out to San Luis Obispo California to perform spring maintenance. The site has multiple air conditioners, including 7 mini-splits. Our tech changed filters on all units, performing spring testing and inspection on all equipment. Brushed off coils and checked belts, took photos of work completed. There are two units with aging fan motors, brittle wiring and cracked cases. Will quote for recommended repairs. PM complete.
