Our RESSAC technician arrived at a school in Santa Barbara, California, to survey all the commercial air conditioning equipment on site. Met with customer to discuss site needs, then inspected entire property. Gathered unit data for all air handlers, condensers and package units. Uploaded all asset information into service trade including air filter list. Visually inspected all units and found AHU #4 with a defective blower motor. Marked issue as a deficiency to quote. Survey is completed, will provide maintenance proposal for customer.
