A salon in Santa Monica California reported a no cooling issues for their bathroom on the first floor. Upon arrival, the technician found their commercial split Carrier system with a dirty evaporator coil, plugged filters and the damper closed for the restroom. Also found the auxiliary drain line leaking water over the sink. Will need to quote filter replacement, evaporator coil cleaning, drain line flush and air balance to get air back to the bathroom. Unit partially functional for now, submitting bid to customer.
