Our Simi Valley, CA, commercial HVAC tech arrived at an imports store to perform preventative maintenance on all their commercial AC units. He replaced all air filters, inspected electrical, coils, motors, and tested unit operations. Cleaned condenser coils and checked cooling supply temp, confirming all except #4 at 55 degrees. RTU #4 has two defective condenser fan motors and fan relays that will need to be replaced. Uploaded findings to job deficiencies. Confirmed all other unit operations with EMS and completed all maintenance paperwork per scope. Job complete.
