RESSAC HVAC technician came out to jewelry store to perform preventative maintenance on a Carrier air handler. Technician inspected the unit and changed its air filters. Technician noticed while inspecting the unit's overflow pan that there was no drain line for it. Technician notified the store manager that he would recommend the addition of a drain line and that the unit was operating properly otherwise.
