RESSAC tech responded to service request at a cell phone provider in Tracy, CA. However onsite management was unable to supply a secure access code for the fire alarm. Technician wrote up report and RESSAC customer service team reached out to customer corporate office to obtain property management contact information. Return visit would be required.
