Air conditioner PM performed for a vitamin store in Tulare, California. All components were inspected: coils, belts, dampers, motors, etc. Coils washed. Found the condenser fan motor on the #1 Carrier system rusted with oil on motor bottom. Motor functional but should be replaced before major heat load. Will recommend to customer.
