New request at a sport supply store in Visalia, California. Site reported issues with the fan on unit #1. Found unit not calling for cooling with not major alarms. Reset and called in for technical support. Tech support reported an issue with blower failure. Our tech inspected the system again and still found no issues with the blower. Reset the control board, confirmed no other alarms. Site cooling normally now.
