EMS support alerted our customer that there was no airflow to their restroom, found while the electrician was inspecting the site. Our technician inspected all three exhaust fans onsite and found one of the fans had a broken belt and a motor that had overheated. Will need to order a new motor and belt for the fan, unit is down until repairs can be made.
