Dispatched our West Hollywood CA HVAC tech out to a chiropractor's office for summer maintenance. Air filters were swapped out and unit inspected. Flushed out the drain-line as it was starting to backup. Noted that the unit is low on refrigerant, will need to quote for a return leak search and repair to resolve issue.
