A cell phone provider in Westlake Village CA reported a water leak that has been ongoing at their store. Sent our AC technician to investigate, and found the air conditioners working normally. Traced water leak back from pipe over the restroom and found that the back-flow check valve for the water heater was leaking. This is a plumbing issue, and the customer will need to call out their plumbing contractor to resolve the issue. Alerted both the store manager and our 3rd party contact to situation.
