Our commercial customer in Whittier CA reported that their lobby air conditioner was running hot. Upon arrival our technician found the equipment working correctly, but the thermostat was set to "off". Turned unit on and found the programming for the thermostat was not correct. Fixed and unit cycled back on with a 58 degree supply. While onsite, our technician checked all the remaining thermostats in the space and found they had all been adjusted and were not programmed correctly. Fixed all thermostats to proper temps, hours and days. No more issues to report.
