Our vented gas heater suddenly stopped working. With the frigid temperatures and my frail, elderly mother-in-law living with us, we needed it fixed immediately. I called the after-hours service, which sent a young man named Mike to our house. He had a long drive to get here, and we’re hard to find, especially in the dark. He got here despite all that, and not only found the problem and fixed it, but he also explained to me what caused the issue. Technicians like him are one reason why we love R.F. Ohl!
