We were without any heat for 2 weeks and my Wife and I are in our 70s We are so appreciative that you have at least one Technician that is very knowledgeable about our system. When he came out with parts that another Technician said we needed he checked the system and had the knowledge to fix it quickly without changing any parts. It’s a good feeling that there are still some Technicians that know how to troubleshoot not just replace parts.
