You could tell Keith was very conscientious and did a GREAT job. My 5 units were all cleaned and again properly maintained as expected from anyone who works for R.F.Ohl. As far as the rates and pricing, I was able to purchase a Maintenance Contract from them which I consider reasonably priced and I haven't regretted it.
