When I came home yesterday I noticed my house was warmer than usual, so I went to check my thermostat and realized my AC unit was not working properly. We just had this unit installed couple years ago and the company who installed it wasn’t returning my phone calls. I needed someone to help me fast since the house was getting progressively warmer and it was already 8:30pm. After calling several 24/7 AC companies and getting the runaround from them all, I called up River City Total Maintenance and I received a warm welcome from Nicole. I told her my problem and she instantly dispatched someone to my house in less than an hour. She kept in constant contact up until the point the technician arrived. Upon arrival the technician introduced himself as Bobby and quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable about AC’s and was extremely helpful. The price was very fair and their membership club gives great value for the money. Good help is hard to find but If you need any kind of AC service, you can’t go wrong with this one.
