Herve was a fabulous tech. He explained everything very patiently and did a superb job repairing all of our under-performing and simply malfunctioning cooling equipment. He is a total asset for Rox. So is the eponymous Roxanne who went out of her way to help us even though we are far out of her service area. She is wonderful. Thanks to both and I would recommend them to anyone in the business.
