Was able to get an appointment quickly the next day after calling. Charlene from the office called to tell me John was on his way. He came a few minutes after. Very polite, mask and shoe covers. John came to my home with coupons and a magnet. He asked me to show him the problem, which I did. He bought his ladder and went into the attic. Fixed the issue and measured the air coming out of the vents. He explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. He also recommended a maintenance which I agreed to. I felt comfortable with John and my home was safely taken care of. I recommend RS Andrews and look forward to having someone come out to perform a maintenance for me. Thank you.

I just completed the quarterly maintenance on the Trane XR14 outdoor air conditioning unit at the Smith residence. I inspected the condenser coils and found them to be clean. The Filtrete air filter inside the home was also in good condition. The unit is operating as expected and I anticipate no further problems.
Today, I repaired an A.O. Smith electric water heater in a residential home that was failing to produce hot water. The diagnostic revealed a burnt-out heating element and a faulty thermostat. I replaced both components and flushed the tank to remove sediment buildup, which improves efficiency and prolongs the unit's lifespan. I also adjusted the temperature settings to ensure safe and optimal operation. This repair restored consistent hot water supply and enhanced the system's overall performance.
I met with a customer today who was concerned about a persistent foul odor in their home's water supply. After investigating, I determined the issue was likely caused by bacteria growth in the water heater tank. I recommended installing a whole-house water filtration and purification system to effectively remove any contaminants and eliminate the unpleasant smell.
