Upon speaking with homeowner on where surveying property lines are located anyone digging excavations from water meter approximately 40’ towards the home would require an encroachment permit from riverside county due to it being easement that is owned by riverside county and dig alert would need to be contacted to mark out all utilities before any excavation be performed.
