Ryan was very thorough in his troubleshooting of my heating issue and instead of giving up and saying time to replace, he found the issue and resolved it as planned. Although I believe it turned out to be more of a hassle to fix than he was hoping, he got the job done as promised. Great customer service experience from the time I scheduled the appointment until the time Ryan drove away. Not surprised as this has always been the case with Scenic City over the past 14 years.
