At time of arrival toilet fill valve in bedroom bath was leaking most likely due to debris and high pressure supplied to home. In turn wax seal was leaking through to crawlspace. Pulled toilet inspected flange and flange was in good condition. Flange was recently replaced with new seal. Seal was installed incorrectly. Reinstalled toilet and replaced fill valve to resolve issues. Water pressure is extremely high and recommend prv installation/replacement curb stop before water meter dose not shut fully and will need to be repaired by AHJ After investigating crawlspace leak was found to be on toilet upstairs in bedroom bath. Tech heard water running in pipes indicating fill valve of toilet was leaking and overflowing tank and draining through overflow. Normally fill valve replacement is all required to remedy this, but since water was coming through floor this also indicated the wax seal for the toilet has failed and possibly flange.
