After ignoring our furnaces for years, we finally had them cleaned. Suddenly, the house is warm, the thermostats work, and the smell is gone. Thanks, Skylands. Having learned our lesson, we look forward to seeing you next year! (When, presumably, the work will not be quite so tedious.)
