Typical emergency call situation, no heat and early morning. Contacted Skylands and they immediately sent a technician - within 30 min! Tech arrives - clean, gloves, masked and after a brief conversation (where he was careful to keep a distance) he proceeded to asses the issue on the boiler, diagnose the problem and fix the broken parts within 30 min. Hear is now on and working perfectly! First class technician both personally and professionally and of course very efficient. This is why I switched and stay with Skylands!
