A/C looks to be charged accurately based on pressures & VSAT, cannot confirm because indoor and outdoor temp 43 degrees (would need to schedule additional diagnostic when above 70 degrees to confirm). Indoor coil showing signs of rust/corrosion & Coil is very dirty which will impact cooling performance & increase the electric bill when running, recommend coil cleaning to increase efficiency and reduce corrosive growth and reduce breakdown opportunities. Primary drain pan is backed up and will need to be blown out and cleared of clog, if clog is not cleared unit could over flow and cause water damage.
