Ac repair and maintenance: unit was not cooling properly. Noticed that the compressor was not running but the fan was. Checked capacitor and had no readings in the compressor side of the capacitor. Replaced capacitor and got unit running with a 14 split. Also changed out filter and checked unit in attic. Blower motor was an ecm and pulling to correct amps. Poured bleach down drains as well. Unit may possibly be under sized a heat load will be needed to be sure. Talked to customer about our maintenance plan as well. 4444: preformed maintenance unit was pressures were in range as well a amp draws and capacitors for the outdoor unit. Filter needs to be changed indoors. Blower motor amps and capacitor were in range as well. Poured bleach down drains as well.
