What you may, or may not know, is that Alex has grasped the importance of customer service. He did this by listening, by working quickly, creating a fair estimate, then sticking to it. Lastly, he did a great job and called me to keep me in the loop. For me, Alex is the face and the persona of your company. In my opinion, Alex seems to be a very marketable employee. We are SO SO SORRY about the dog fight! Ruby wouldn't let go of Riley's nose. He is the one who had her ear but he let go! We had blood everywhere. Jim said he is so sorry for being rude. We were just in a mini-crisis. The dogs are just now getting to be okay with each other. WE APOLOGIZE. We think everything is okay but if you need to check more we can reschedule.

Work Order # AHW-95051 Sound system low on freon I did a leak search and found leak and evaporator coil
Found compressor not running, check capacitor found capacitor weak, found burnt wires, repaired wires, checked operations
Blower wheel major rust on fan blades. May be the issue with getting cooler air to the farthest room.
Capacitor to blower motor is bad and needs to be replaced.
Performed tune up check, everything is within range and functioning properly. System has perfect charge and temperature split differential is 19°
Not upstair units did not have the float switches in emergency drain pain. Installed two ceiling savers to prevent over flow.
Check system check furnace check blower all electrical connections checked all duct work check primary and secondary drain check outside system check Freon levels capacitor and contactor unit is running normally with no problems
Capacitor to condenser unit failed and out of range. Replaced with new and system is cooling.
Customer having issues with cooling, when arrived system was showing 5° split, inspected the condenser unit and noticed it had frozen over due to refrigerant. Turn off outside unit amd will be back Thursday morning to verify and perform leak search.
Checked out both systems, both systems have good levels of refrigerant only issue is upstairs unit doesn’t cool the furthest room away.
Replaced capacitor, capacitor was completely dead and non functioning System was Low on r410 added 3lbs. System is cooling with a split temp differential of 19°.
