Alex did a great job. He came when 5 others did not come or did not answer their phone. I have put you all's number in my phone so if I need you, or want to recommend you, I can. What you may, or may not know, is that Alex has grasped the importance of customer service. He did this by listening, by working quickly, creating a fair estimate, then sticking to it. Lastly, he did a great job and called me to keep me in the loop. For me, Alex is the face and the persona of your company. In my opinion, Alex seems to be a very marketable employee.
