Condenser fan is not the issue and is working properly, after reviewing system I found indoor and outdoor unit frozen, this is caused by low air flow due to blower failure, dirty filter or its low on refrigerant. Indoor ice needs to thaw before pressures can be checked. Will be scheduling for tomorrow 5/4/2021 at 2PM.
