I wasn’t quite sure what was wrong with my AC unit but Brandon carefully listened to me and did a thorough examination. While the problem wasn’t easily detectable, he explained some possible issues and we decided a conservative approach was the way to go—he didn’t push any expensive, unnecessary services! He did some basic maintenance at a reasonable price. He explained some possible next steps, if necessary, but thought a watch and see approach was best for now. So far so good. Ashley who initially took my call is extremely friendly and helpful, too. Should we need further services, we’ll definitely call Spicer!
