Tech arrived on time, friendly, and gave me an honest assessment of our very old furnace. Had he said that surely, we need to replace, I would probably have agreed, and paid for a new system. He said our unit still functions, but we should replace the flame sensor, a relatively inexpensive part.

Rarely do I give any company an outstanding rating. Spicer Mechanical did an outstanding job from start to Finnish. I wasn’t quite sure what was wrong with my AC unit but Brandon carefully listened to me and did a thorough examination. While the problem wasn’t easily detectable, he explained some possible issues and we decided a conservative approach was the way to go—he didn’t push any expensive, unnecessary services! He did some basic maintenance at a reasonable price. He explained some possible next steps, if necessary, but thought a watch and see approach was best for now. So far so good. Ashley who initially took my call is extremely friendly and helpful, too. Should we need further services, we’ll definitely call Spicer!
