I am glad that Ben Baptist worked on my furnace today. He listened carefully to my description of the unusual noise the unit was making, and he suggested some things to fix it. He did a thorough tune up, and cleaned and recalibrated the furnace. It is working very well, and much quieter now. Good tech. Knows his stuff.

Stramowski Heating and Cooling just completed the annual tuneup of my furnace. I love how I get a reminder phone call to schedule it. Stramowski Heating and Cooling initially installed my furnace and a/c unit and has been doing scheduled maintenance ever since then. They are always on time, professional and thorough. Great prices. Our tech came out twice, once for a repair that had to be done immediately and a second time for furnace service yearly cleaning. He was very thorough for both. The yearly service took over 3 hours for 2 furnaces! He found a bunch of things wrong that I wonder what I paid for when the other company came out years ago. Very happy w them.
