We just moved into Frisco from Austin. My AC Team in Austin recommended Sunny Service to handle all my AC issues in our new home. They said they were very professional and a good Company to work with. They were right. After a complete review of our AC system in our 7,000 sq. ft. home,Todd Truly of Sunny Service recommended to replace and upgrade the current system. After extensive due diligence and discussions with the Sunny Service Team we decided to upgrade the system. Todd gave us five choices and Todd helped us pick the new system that satisfied all our AC needs. The Team that worked with Todd (Matt, Mason, and Michael) arrived timely and completed the job on time and with extreme care. They described the entire process and helped us to know each day what they were doing and answered any questions we had. We were very comfortable having them in our home. Todd Truly came out to the house to be sure all was in order and reviewed the job with us. The Sunny Service Team cleaned up the work area and gave us a good review of how the new system worked. They helped us set up the new controls to operate the system in the home. Also good mention is for Carol Webb the person who kept us up to date on all paperwork and scheduling needs. She is very good to work with and answered all our administrative questions. The new AC system is working very well and is indeed a good investment. Overall I give Sunny Service and their AC Team five stars on this project and on the way they handle our ongoing needs.
